FPA Performance — get ready for your season.
In twelve weeks, players get measurably fitter, sharper on the ball, and more confident — whatever season you're getting ready for. FPA Performance is open to any committed player, regardless of which club or team you currently play for: preparing for your school season, your club season, or the next step toward a professional pathway all start here.
The core of every session is 60 minutes on the field with an FPA coach — technical, tactical, and game-ready work. Add a 60-minute EXOS strength and conditioning block before it whenever you want the extra work.
FPA Performance is also the field-training path into the FPA Pathway, where committed players trained to a professional standard get seen by FORO SC.

Pick your day. See what runs, and when. All three programme lengths run concurrently as separate groups from a shared start time — a family with two players at different levels can arrive together.
A 60-minute performance block delivered at EXOS Plano — a curated performance training program specific to soccer, developed for FPA by EXOS. Not a lesser product; a different job. The cleanest thing on this page to book if you already have a club and only need the physical side.
Performance by EXOS at the Andrews Institute Sports Performance Center, Plano — close to thirty years developing performance technology used by NFL, NBA, MLS and MLB organizations.

FPA doesn’t run a series of good sessions that don’t add up to anything — it runs twelve-week training cycles. One theme, one measurable goal, a baseline test in Week 1, a mid-point check in Week 6, and a benchmark re-test in Week 12 that proves whether the goal was reached.
The physical side runs on the same clock: EXOS evaluates and re-tests every FPA + EXOS athlete at the same six-week intervals, so technical and physical development are tracked together — not as two separate programs.
Every cycle closes with a family review within 7 days of Week 12 — field results, video and the plan for what’s next. Held to the FPA Standard: Conduct, Consistency, Coachability, Care.
Every serious player trains FPA + EXOS — it is the only option where your development is measured, benchmarked and built around you. Field Training is there when you just need the pitch.
The field side of FPA Performance — train with FORO SC staff and get on the pathway. The simplest way to start.
The complete FPA Performance Plus EXOS experience — the 60-minute EXOS performance block plus FPA Performance Field Training in one session, built like a pro's day. This is the only tier where your training is measured: you are evaluated the day you begin, your program is tailored to your numbers, and every six weeks you benchmark against them. You don't guess whether you're improving — you see it.
The same evaluate–train–re-test system EXOS runs for NFL, NBA, MLS and MLB athletes — applied to your season.
Pack prices are per four-week cycle. Goalkeeper training +25% on any tier, both tracks.
A strong Performance block is the entry point — from here, players advance into FPA II, feeding FORO SC Premier II, and FPA Pro, earning minutes with the Premier first team. See the full FPA pathway →
